As many of you will know, the work on Transforming Conversations was born in the trenches of Healthcare. It was developed to assist fellow clinicians struggling with burnout and exhaustion. Initially, I thought I'd aim the work at clients, but in the weird way of the Universe, all indications pointed to peers: clincians, educators and professionals in my sphere.

I am proud to be part of a team of thriving happy healthy professionals who do work we love, with people who inspire us. The excerpt below is from Today Tonight, and an amazing little girl called Elsie. I adore her from her nose to her toes. She is worth the very best version of myself, every time, as is all the other families under our care.

Good clinical care starts with a foundation of excellent self-care. By this I don't mean meditating and joga (although those are good too) - I am talking about how you care, connect, create and check during engagements. We all have Elsies in our lives: let's honour them every day.
